Where do I get tickets?
You can get tickets through Kinetic Brew Box Office (located at The Bourbon Theatre) or through www.etix.com. Kinetik Brew hours are Monday through Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday: 7am-6pm, and Saturday: 9am-6pm. (Closed on Sundays) Save a couple bucks by stopping in to the box office and save on service charges! Plus, you never know what perks you may receive by stopping in!

How do I get a refund?
All refunds can be done through www.etix.com or through the Kinetic Brew Box Office.

Are there age restrictions?
All shows at the Bourbon are 18 and up unless otherwise noted. Sometimes we have all ages and sometimes shows are 21 and up. Check the individual show listings for specific details.

What does the $2 minor fee mean?
Anyone that comes to the show that is under 21 will be charged a $2 fee at the door.

Do I need an ID?
All shows require that you have an I.D. (Yes, even if you are 18!)

What forms of payment do you accept?
The day of a show, we only accept cash payments for admittance to the show. Once in, both bars accept cash or card. Always remember to tip your bartenders!

Can I leave and come back?
Of course! That is why we wristband you! As long as you have the correct wristband, you won’t have any problem coming and going as you please. Also, leave the wristband ON! If we see you without one, you may be asked to leave, or get a new one, or do an embarrassing dance… Who knows!

I have a band and we want to play a show at The Bourbon. What do I do?

Can I drink at The Bourbon?
Sure! If you are 21 or older, enjoy all of our amazing craft cocktails. If you are under 21, grab yourself a coke! Don’t forget, bring your I.D.!

What are your hours?
Because of the nature of our shows, we do not have set day-to-day hours. However, Kinetic Brew is open Monday through Saturday to serve up great drinks and serves as our box office for pre-sale tickets.

Can I drink outside?
All depends on the show! We have signs that clearly mark that evening where you can drink. Just look for the sign that reads “no drinks beyond this point” and you will know where those drinks must stop! Did we mention to bring your I.D.?
